The Dukes Retreat Khandala Hotel Lonavala, Lonavala

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its friendly staff and stunning valley views. The rooms were well-appointed and offered great balcony views, especially since I booked a superior room. The service was excellent, with helpful guidance on local attractions and a very friendly atmosphere. The location was fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the valley and a cozy, relaxing ambiance. The dining experience was very good, with a variety of quality options both in vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The hotel rooms are of international standards in terms of size, amenities, and cleanliness, offering a panoramic view of the valley. However, the noise from trucks moving all night due to the proximity to the road could be disturbing. The service was friendly and helpful, contributing to the success of our event. The location, while giving a magnificent view of the valley with waterfalls during the rains, felt a bit choked at times. The dining experience, despite creative salads, lacked quality and variety, with an influx of people sometimes making it challenging to find a proper dining space. The facilities were adequate, catering to various needs effectively.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. The rooms were infested with mosquitos but offered excellent views of the waterfall and greenery, and were spacious, neat, and clean.
